જનરલ હોસ્પિટલ,મહેસાણાના માનસિક રોગ વિભાગનાં Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) પ્રોગ્રામ અંતર્ગત ૧૧ માસના કરાર આધારિત નીચે મુજબની જગ્યા માટે વોક ઈન ઈન્ટરવ્યુ તા.29.08.2024 ના રોજ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે તેના માટે સવારે ૧૦:૦૦ કલાક સુધી ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવવાની રહેશે.
વિભાગ : Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) માનસિક રોગ વિભાગ
જગ્યાનું નામ : મેડિકલ ઓફિસર
કુલ જગ્યા : ૧ જગ્યા
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત :
- MBBS from a recognized institution along with medical council of India (MCT, India)
- {Preferable : MD or equivalent qualification in Psychiatry)
મહત્તમ માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર : Rs. 75,000/- Per Month
જગ્યાનું નામ : કાઉન્સેલર
કુલ જગ્યા : ૧ જગ્યા
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત :
- Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology
- (Preferable : Masters in above disciplines)
મહત્તમ માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર : Rs. 20,000/- Per Month
જગ્યાનું નામ : સ્ટાફ નર્સ
કુલ જગ્યા : ૧ જગ્યા
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત :
- ANM recognized from the state / national nursing council body.
- (Preferable : GNM / BSC Nursing)
મહત્તમ માસિ ફિક્સ પગાર : Rs. 20,000/- Per Month
જગ્યાનું નામ : ડેટા મેનેજર
કુલ જગ્યા : ૧ જગ્યા
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત :
- Graduate
- (Preferably with qualification / experience in computer application & Remarks accounting)
મહત્તમ માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર : Rs. 20,000/- Per Month
Remark : Contractual appointment with support from the scheme. Selection of staff and emoluments as per the norms and procedures under the National Health Mission (NHM). Candidate who trained and experienced in Management of substance used disorder will be preferred.
નોંધ : સદર જગ્યા માટે તમામ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ઝેરોક્ષ નકલો (પ્રમાણિત કરેલ), તાજેતરનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝ નો ફોટો અને ચકાસણી કરવા માટે તમામ પ્રમાણપત્રો અસલમાં સાથે લાવવાના રહેશે. ઉપરોક્ત જગ્યા ભરવા બાબતે અત્રેની ભરતી કમિટીનો નિર્ણય બંધનકર્તા રહેશે.
વોક ઈન ઈન્ટરવ્યુ તા.29.08.2024 ના રોજ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે તેના માટે સવારે ૧૦:૦૦ કલાક સુધી ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવવાની રહેશે.
