Further to our notice dated 09.09.2015 & 18.09.2015, mentioned below is the list of candidates who have been provisionally selected for the post of Assistant (Class III) after successfully completion of their Pre Employment medical examination.
The appointment of SC/ST/OBC/ PWD candidates is provisional and is subject to the Caste / Tribe / Community / Disability Certificate being verified through the proper channels. If the verification reveals that the claim of the candidates to belong to SC / ST / OBC / PWD, as the case may be, is false, the services of such candidates will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate.
Please note that the candidates have been allotted to different Regional Offices. Individual appointment letter will be issued by their respective Regional Offices to which they have been allotted.
Please note that no travelling or any other allowances will be paid for reporting at the place of posting on the scheduled date. The Appointment letters will be dispatched by the respective Regional Office. The following documents are to be submitted at the time of joining at the place of posting :
1. Duplicate copy of the appointment letter duly signed.
2. Joining Report
3. Bank Account Particulars
4. Character Certificate from any of the following :
i. Gazetted Officer of Central or State Government.
ii. Non-Gazetted Sub-Divisional Magistrate / Officer.
iii. Tahasildars or Naib/Dy. Tahasildars authorized to exercise Magisterial Powers.
5. Release Letter from the previous employer if applicable.
Please note that under no circumstances, extension of time for joining will be considered and in case of your remaining absent on the scheduled date i.e 23rd Novemeber, 2015, the Company shall assume that you are not interested to accept the offer of appointment, which shall automatically stand cancelled.
Kindly note that the appointment is subject to ORDER(s)/DIRECTION(s), if any, issued by Hon’ble Court/s having competent jurisdiction in any case/s subsisting as on date.
