Advertisement for receiving online applications for admission in Government Hostels Boys / Girls for the year 2024-25
Socially and Educationally Backward Class, Very Backward, More Backward, Nomadic and Freed, Economically Backward Class, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes Medical, Engineering, Pharmacy Degree, Diploma, Bachelor of Arts and Commerce, Post Graduate and 11-12 For the purpose of providing adequate opportunity for higher education to the students studying in all streams, the facility of Government Hostels is provided by the Director, Development Caste Welfare, Gandhinagar. The list of government hostels is available at esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in. From 30/05/2024 to 30/06/2024 at esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in for admission from students/students who wish to get admission in these government hostels for the current academic year 2024-25 and meet the criteria prescribed by Govt. Applications are invited online.
1. Freshers and Renewal students have to apply online for admission in Government Hostels. Necessary certificates along with the application also have to be uploaded online.
2. A renewal student of a government hostel i.e. who has been admitted on a regular seat in the previous year should have secured 50% or more marks in the last two semesters average percentage as calculated by the University in the previous annual examination, where 50% is given instead of percentage in case of gradation. or must have equivalent gradation.
3. Applications will be invited through a separate advertisement when the college/institute admission process for the year 2024-25 starts for freshers of “A Group” Medical/Engineering and other allied courses in Government Hostels.
4. A fresher applying for admission must have secured 60% or more marks in the annual examination. The students who have been given conditional admission in the previous year in the government hostel on deferred seat i.e. only for one year, also have to apply as fresher students.
5. The income limit for getting admission in government hostels will be Rs.6.00 lakh per annum.
6. After applying online, students have to take a printout of the application and verify it. If any error is found in the application, then the old application has to be canceled and applied afresh within the advertisement deadline with the help of Withdraw Application at esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in. 7. Renewal and fresh student applying online shall submit the copy of online application and hard copy of the uploaded document in the office of District Deputy Director (V.J.)/Zilla Social Welfare Officer (V.J.) of that district. Also carry original certificates while submitting hard copies. Which will be verified in person. This work has to be completed by the student by 03/07/2024 at the latest after applying. Application of those who do not submit hard copies of documents will not be considered for approval process or merit. Be careful of it.
8. If there is a discrepancy between the percentage of marks in the examination filled in the online form of a student and the percentage of the original mark sheet and the eligibility certificates, such applicants will not be admitted.
9. The right of admission cannot be claimed on the basis of application made by the student. As per the rules decided by the Govt, the application will be approved and the admission will be given according to the merit.
10. Government Hostel admission rules as well as more details are mentioned at esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in. Students who have completed their studies will have to apply online. Also, specific information about government hostels will be available from the office of District Deputy Director/ District Social Welfare Officer (Vaksati Jati).
11. For admission in government hostels, taking into consideration the capacity of the hostel building and the sanctioned number, as per the rules, the Socially and Educationally Backward Class, Very Backward, More Backward, Nomadic and Freed, Economically Backward Class, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes students as per Sub Quota. Seats are allotted. In which, after first giving admission to the renewal students as per the rules, taking into account the capacity of the building and the approved number, the vacant places will be given admission to the fresh students as per the rules.

સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ, અતિ પછાત, વધુ પછાત, વિચરતી અને વિમુક્ત, આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ, અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જન જાતિના મેડીકલ, એન્જીનીયરીંગ, ફાર્મસી ડિગ્રી, ડિપ્લોમાં, આર્ટસ અને કોમર્સના સ્નાતક, અનુસ્નાતક તેમજ ધો.૧૧-૧૨ ના તમામ પ્રવાહમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણની પૂરતી તક આપવાના હેતુ માટે નિયામક, વિકસતી જાતિ કલ્યાણ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા સરકારી છાત્રાલયોની સવલત આપવામાં આવે છે. જે સરકારી છાત્રાલયોની યાદી esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in ઉપર ઉપલબ્ધ છે. આ સરકારી છાત્રાલયોમાં ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ માટે પ્રવેશ મેળવવાની ઇચ્છા ધરાવતા અને સરકારશ્રીએ ઠરાવેલ માપદંડોની પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થી / વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓ પાસેથી પ્રવેશ માટે esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in પર તા.૩૦/૦૫/૨૦૨૪ થી તા.૩૦/૦૬/૨૦૨૪ સુધી ઓનલાઈનથી અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવે છે.
1. સરકારી છાત્રાલયમાં ફ્રેશ અને રીન્યુઅલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટેની અરજી ઓનલાઈન જ કરવાની રહેશે. અરજી સાથેના જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રો પણ ઓનલાઇન જ અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે.
2. સરકારી છાત્રાલયના રીન્યુઅલ વિદ્યાર્થી એટલે કે અગાઉના વર્ષમાં રેગ્યુલર સીટ ઉપર પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ હોય તેમને ગત વાર્ષિક પરિક્ષામાં યુનિવર્સિટી માન્ય ગણતરી પ્રમાણે છેલ્લા બે સેમીસ્ટરની સરેરાશ ટકાવારી ૫૦% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઈએ, જ્યાં ટકાવારીને બદલે ગ્રેડેશન આપવામાં આવતા હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં ૫૦% કે તેથી વધુ સમકક્ષ ગ્રેડેશન હોવા જોઈએ.
3. સરકારી છાત્રાલયોમાં “એ ગૃપ” મેડિકલ/ઈજનેરી અને તેને સંલગ્ન અન્ય અભ્યાસક્રમોના ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ ની કોલેજ/સંસ્થા દ્વારા પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ થાય ત્યારે અલગથી જાહેરાત આપી અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવશે.
4. પ્રવેશની અરજી કરનાર ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થીએ વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષામાં ૬૦% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઇશે. જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને અગાઉના વર્ષમાં સરકારી છાત્રાલયમાં ડીફર સીટ પર એટલે કે માત્ર એક વર્ષ માટે જ શરતી પ્રવેશ આપેલ છે તેમને પણ ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થી તરીકે જ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
5. સરકારી છાત્રાલયમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે આવક મર્યાદા વાર્ષિક રૂ.૬.૦૦ લાખ રહેશે.
6. વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કર્યા બાદ અરજીની પ્રિન્ટ નિકાળી તેની ખરાઈ કરી લેવાની રહેશે. જો અરજીમાં કોઈ ભૂલ જણાય તો esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in મા Withdraw Application ની મદદથી જાહેરાતની સમયમર્યાદામાં જૂની અરજી રદ કરી નવેસરથી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. 7. ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરેલ રીન્યુઅલ અને ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થીએ ઓનલાઈન અરજીની કોપી અને અપલોડ કરેલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટની હાર્ડકોપી જે તે જિલ્લાની જિલ્લા નાયબ નિયામકશ્રી (વિ.જા.)/જિલ્લા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારીશ્રી (વિ.જા.) ની કચેરીમાં જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે. હાર્ડકોપી જમા કરાવતી વખતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો પણ સાથે લઈ જવા. જેની રૂબરૂમાં ચકાસણી કરવામાં આવશે. આ કામગીરી વિદ્યાર્થીએ અરજી કર્યાથી મોડામાં મોડા તા.૦૩/૦૭/૨૦૨૪ સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ કરવાની રહેશે. ડોક્યુમેન્ટની હાર્ડકોપી જમા ન કરાવનારની અરજી મંજૂરી પ્રક્રિયા કે મેરીટમાં ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહી. તેની તકેદારી રાખવી.
8. જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીની ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મમાં ભરેલ પરીક્ષાના ગુણની ટકાવારી અને અસલ માર્કશીટની ટકાવારીમાં તથા લાયકાત અંગેના પ્રમાણપત્રોમાં તફાવત જણાશે તો તેવા અરજદારોને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે નહિ.
9. વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ અરજીના આધારે પ્રવેશ અંગેનો હક્ક દાવો કરી શકશે નહિં. સરકારશ્રીએ ઠરાવેલ નિયમોનુસાર અરજી મંજૂર કરીને મેરીટ મુજબ પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.
10. સરકારી છાત્રાલયના પ્રવેશ અંગેના નિયમો તેમજ વધુ વિગતો esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in પર દર્શાવેલ છે. જેનો સંપુર્ણ અભ્યાસ કરી છાત્રોએ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. તેમજ સરકારી છાત્રાલય અંગેની વિશેષ માહિતી જિલ્લા નાયબ નિયામકશ્રી/જિલ્લા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારીશ્રી (વિકસતી જાતિ)ની કચેરીમાંથી પણ મળી રહેશે.
11. સરકારી છાત્રાલયોમાં પ્રવેશ માટે છાત્રાલયના મકાનની ક્ષમતા અને માન્ય સંખ્યા ધ્યાને લઈ નિયમોનુસાર સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ, અતિ પછાત, વધુ પછાત, વિચરતી અને વિમુક્ત, આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ, અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જન જાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને મળવાપાત્ર પેટાઅનામત (Subquota) મુજબ બેઠકો ફાળવવામાં આવે છે. જેમાં, સૌપ્રથમ રીન્યુઅલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નિયમોનુસાર પ્રવેશ આપ્યા બાદ મકાનની ક્ષમતા અને માન્ય સંખ્યાને ધ્યાને લઈ ખાલી રહેતી જગ્યાઓમાં નિયમોનુસાર મેરીટથી ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.
